He took small steps toward the severed part of the woman’s

body and closed his eyes when he finally reached his target.

He then mercilessly grabbed Ildico’s head by her hair and

walked into day light.  The startled cries of the people as they

noticed the spectacle penetrated Attila’s ears. All present

were frozen by fear and shock as their king exited his building

with his wife’s head in hand. Attila’s voice was menacing,

fierce, and potent as he directed himself to his public.

“Here I show you what is left of a traitor!” he said holding out

the head for everyone to admire “Let this be a warning to all

those who think they can kill Attila the Hun!”
